Zelda TotK Ancient Prison Ruins Location Walkthrough
Players can navigate through the ruins to eventually reach the Chichim Shrine. Chichim Shrine is located within the Ancient Prison Ruins right underneath the Palu Wasteland which is directly east of Gerudo Town before you reach the East Gerudo Ruins. You can attempt to drop down in this location from the nearest Skyview Tower which will be the Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower, or travel there by foot or Sand Seal.
Players will then need to allow themselves to sink into the whirly sinkhole found in this area in order to drop down into the Ancient Prison Ruins. Be ready for all the Gibdo enemies spread throughout the ruins. Pull the lever directly ahead with Ultrahand then make a left all the way down to the last cell in the corner, which then leads you right. You should see a statue at the end of this hall holding a sword.
Follow the direction of the sword and take the hall left underneath the half-open cell gate. There should be another level to pull ahead. It will open the cell gate to the right where you can drop down to a lower level. Crouch underneath the crevice and head left to the open area and make your way to the very end this will lead you to a pile of ruined rocks and boulders that creates a ramp for you to return to the higher level. Just as you emerge and step forward, the floor will begin to drop underneath you. Drop down to see the Bubbulfrog and another one of the statues with the sword. Continue following the direction of the sword till you reach a dead-end cell gate at the end. Use Ascend directly in front of it.
It will take you directly in front of a chest in the higher room that will contain a Gerudo Scimitar. The stone pallets behind can be moved away with Ultrahand to reveal another lever beneath. This will open the stone doors to the Shrine.
