Eutoum Shrine is a Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Eutoum Shrine is a Proving Grounds: Infiltration Shrine pitting Link against powerful enemies using only the Equipment and environmental items the Shrine provides for him. Shrines are mini-dungeons, housing quick trials such as puzzles or short enemy encounters. Once a Shrine has been completed, the player obtains a Light of Blessing, an item key to obtaining more Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels, and the Shrine is unlocked as a Fast Travel point. If the Shrine has not been completed but has been activated, it will be marked in yellow on the map. It will still be available for fast travel so that can players return and complete the Shrine at a later time.

Eutoum Shrine Walkthrough Guide
Reaching Eutoum Shrine
This shrine imprisons and purifies the ancient evil.
The Eutoum Shrine is located in the northwest area of Hebra, near the Hebra North Crest. Head to the Rospro Pass Skyview Tower and then launch up and glide straight to the north to find it. It should be a bit north of Goflam’s Secret Hot Spring.
How to Complete Eutoum Shrine
Outside equipment is forbidden beyond this point.
When you enter the shrine you will be stripped of all your Equipment. Ahead and to the left you will find the only Equipment you are allowed to use in this shrine - a Long Stick, Wooden Stick, and Old Wooden Shield. After you grab them and move forward, you’ll find yourself in a large room with multiple sections and rooms, sealed off by lasers, and with enemies in them. You’ll have to defeat all the enemies in order to clear the shrine. As the shrine’s description suggests, there’ll be ways to use the walls and ceilings to move past the enemies with Link’s abilities in order to get better Equipment or things to Fuse Weapons with that will make defeating the enemies easier. It’s not required to do so, however, but use whatever means necessary in order to clear the shrine.
Turn right immediately after the initial room to find a Soldier Construct I. You can ignore it first and then use Ascend to head up the ledges above you to the left. Enter the section to your left and head along the path of the grates until you reach two barrels. There should be a platform to your right, which is just the ceiling of the room under it. Move the fence with Ultrahand and jump down into the room. Here, there is a Beam Emitter and a Flame Emitter which you could attach to your sticks to create strong weapons. A Soldier Construct II might come in to disturb you, depending on which of the enemies you alerted on your way here. Outside the room should be two more Soldier Construct IIs. One of them is equipped with a shock-empowered bow so be sure to use some cover as you make quick work of them with your upgraded weapons. Past it to the right will be a path back to the initial area, blocked by two spiked tiles. You can jump over these pretty easily to greet the Soldier Construct I waiting for you outside. If you ignored it at first, head back to the first enemy you encountered and give it a quick introduction to your new weapons.
Your equipment will be returned to you.
Defeat all five enemies and you’ll be given all your gear back. A gate will unlock that and behind it will be a chest containing a Sapphire. Examine the structure behind the chest with green runes to obtain a Light of Blessing and unlock the Eutoum Shrine on your map for Fast Travel.
