O-ogim is a Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. O-ogim Shrine is a special Shrine, usually containing no further puzzles, that you'll only be able to access after completing its corresponding Shrine Quest. Shrines are mini-dungeons, housing quick trials such as puzzles or short enemy encounters. Once a Shrine has been completed, the player obtains a Light of Blessing, an item key to obtaining more Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels, and the Shrine is unlocked as a Fast Travel point. If the Shrine has not been completed but has been activated, it will be marked in yellow on the map. It will still be available for fast travel so that can players return and complete the Shrine at a later time.

O-ogim Walkthrough Guide
Reaching O-ogim
The O-ogim Shrine is located in the slightly southern side of the central area of the Lanayru region, along the ridges of Lanayru Heights, in the Lanayru Promenade. To get to it, head to the Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower, launch up, and then glide to the west. This is going to be a long glide, so if you fall short, just keep heading west past the Lanayru Bluff and head up the hills of the Phalian Highlands. Head to the northern cliffs. You should be able to see the promenade under Lanayru Heights from here, which looks like ruins. Head down to the lower level where you should be able to see an entrance to the northeast, marked by an arch from the ruins. You should see the shrine entrance inside.
How to Complete O-ogim
Seek the crystal connected to the beam, and offer it at the shrine. Do so, and I will grant you a light that banishes evil.
Examining the runes will start the Shrine Quest The Lanayru Road Crystal which you'll have to complete to allow yourself entry into the shrine. You’ll have to bring the shrine crystal back here to the entrance, which the green beam of light shooting from the shrine should now be pointing toward. Follow the light across the waters, hopping onto the floating debris. When you reach the middle of the water, look for a pillar that’s part of a broken-down bridge and climb it. It’s marked by some vines and leaves growing at its tip. Run along the path toward the light, which you’ll notice leads to behind the waterfall. Keep following the path into the Lanayru Road South Cave. It might be cut at some point, so you’ll have to climb the sides of the tunnel as you move forward.
Eventually, you’ll find yourself in a chamber. The green light will lead to some breakable rocks. Break them to find the green shrine crystal. There should also be a Steering Stick and some Fans on the side. Bring them all with you as you exit out of that hole. To your right should be a Wing hiding in the corner. Use Ultrahand to place it on the runway, facing toward the waterfall. Attach the Fans and the Steering Stick to it to make a Fanplane. Attach your crystal and hop on. Use it to glide all the way back to the shrine entrance, which the green light should be able to help you with.

Detach the shrine crystal and bring it near the entrance. Bring the crystal to the shrine entrance to complete the Shrine Quest and allow yourself entry into the shrine. Inside will be a chest containing a Big Battery. Head up the stairs and examine the green runes to obtain a Light of Blessing and unlock O-ogim Shrine on your map for Fast Travel.
