Teniten Shrine is a Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Teniten Shrine is the Shrine that features Combat Training: Throwing. This Shrine reintroduces throwing objects during Combat, similar to a nearby Shrine which allows players to experiment with throwing Materials in combat instead. Shrines are mini-dungeons, housing quick trials such as puzzles or short enemy encounters. Once a Shrine has been completed, the player obtains a Light of Blessing, an item key to obtaining more Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels, and the Shrine is unlocked as a Fast Travel point. If the Shrine has not been completed but has been activated, it will be marked in yellow on the map. It will still be available for fast travel so that can players return and complete the Shrine at a later time.

Teniten Shrine Walkthrough Guide
Reaching Teniten Shrine
Teniten Shrine is located in the southern part of Hyrule Field. Players can eventually reach this Shrine if they follow the paths south from Lookout Landing. It will be past the Whistling Hill.
How to Complete Teniten Shrine
This Shrine introduces throwing Weapons during Combat. A throwing tutorial will appear once you enter the combat area. To throw, press, and hold R to get ready to throw objects forward. There will be a Weapons rack to your left with 5 Rusty Halberd weapons that you can use so that you do not waste any of your current Weapons on hand.
Throw a weapon at an enemy to perform a critical hit, dealing twice the weapon damage.
Approach the Training Construct and take aim. Press and hold R to ready the weapon you are throwing. Scroll left and right using your right analog stick to select the weapon you wish you throw. Once you're ready, take aim then let go to throw.
You will need to perform this action twice. The first time around will be with the Training Construct as a still target. Then, you will need to throw the weapon with the Construct as a moving target. Anticipate the path and throw ahead of it. Upon the next successful throw, the end gate will open. You can also loot the platform ahead by climbing the ladders behind it to collect the Zonai Charge and any left behind equipment and Materials.
