Utojis is a Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Utojis Shrine is a special Shrine, usually containing no further puzzles, that you'll only be able to access after completing its corresponding Shrine Quest. Shrines are mini-dungeons, housing quick trials such as puzzles or short enemy encounters. Once a Shrine has been completed, the player obtains a Light of Blessing, an item key to obtaining more Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels, and the Shrine is unlocked as a Fast Travel point. If the Shrine has not been completed but has been activated, it will be marked in yellow on the map. It will still be available for fast travel so that can players return and complete the Shrine at a later time.

Utojis Walkthrough Guide
Reaching Utojis
The Utojis Shrine is located in the central part of the Necluda region, slightly to the east, in Tobio’s Hollow. The shrine sits hidden inside Tobio’s Hollow Cave. To get there, head to the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower, launch up, and then glide to the southeast. You should be able to find a hole in the middle of the mountains which serves as the entrance to Tobio’s Hollow Cave. Follow the path inside to eventually get ambushed by four Keeses. Dispatch them quickly and make sure to pick up the Materials they drop. Moving forward, you’ll be attacked by two Electric Chuchus followed by four more Keeses. Eventually, you’ll make it to a large cavern.
How to Complete Utojis
Near some barrels ahead of you is a Tattered Notebook. Read it to begin the Shrine Quest Legend of the Soaring Spear. As the notebook said, you’ll need a spear to throw. If you don’t have any, grab one of the two Zonaite Spears nearby. Fuse it with a Keese Wing that you should’ve gotten from defeating the Keeses on your way here. To the left should be a large stump that you can stand on. This will reveal the green target that the notebook is referring to. Aim at it with your new spear and throw it in. Make sure to aim it a little higher to account for the arc. If you’re successful, you’ll complete the Shrine Quest, reveal the shrine to your left, and allow yourself entry into the shrine.
Inside will be a chest containing a Large Zonai Charge. Head up the stairs and examine the green runes to obtain a Light of Blessing and unlock Utojis Shrine on your map for Fast Travel.
