Kitawak Shrine Walkthrough Guide
Reaching Kitawak Shrine
The Kitawak Shrine is located in the northeast area of the Gerudo region, on the East Gerudo Mesa. To get there, head to the Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower, launch up, and then glide to the southeast, past the Spectacle Rock and Yarna Valley. You should be able to see the shrine sitting out in the open on a hill along the East Gerudo Mesa.
How to Complete Kitawak Shrine
Inside and down the stairs, you’ll find yourself in a large room with platforms on varying levels. As the shrine description suggests, you’ll have to make your way to the end of the shrine by traversing these different levels forward. Use Ultrahand to attach the rectangular plate on your right to the end of the hinged one ahead of you so that it’ll drop down and make a bridge across the gap. Once across, Detach the plate and Attach it this time to a rotating gear to your left. Hop on to get across to the inclined path, to a chest at the top, containing ten Arrows.
Jump back down to the main platform, Detach the plate from the gear, and bring it with you to the other side of the room. Attach it to the hinged plate here, either near you or on the other end, connected to the next platform. There’ll be a nearby plate to Attach to complete your inclined bridge. Once you’re on the higher platform, Detach one of the plates and bring it with you. You’ll find a pillar switch, which will push a block up from under the hinged plate. Attach your plate to the end of the hinged one and hop on it. Shoot the switch with your bow to launch up and then glide to the end of the shrine.
Examine the green runes on the other side of the room to obtain a Light of Blessing and unlock the Kitawak Shrine on your map for Fast Travel.
