Orochium is a Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Orochium Shrine is a Courage to Fall Shrine testing the player's skills in finding the objectives that will solve the puzzles using Link's abilities. Shrines are mini-dungeons, housing quick trials such as puzzles or short enemy encounters. Once a Shrine has been completed, the player obtains a Light of Blessing, an item key to obtaining more Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels, and the Shrine is unlocked as a Fast Travel point. If the Shrine has not been completed but has been activated, it will be marked in yellow on the map. It will still be available for fast travel so that can players return and complete the Shrine at a later time.

Orochium Shrine Walkthrough Guide
Reaching Orochium Shrine
The Orochium Shrine is located in the east area of the Hebra Region, in the South Tabantha Snowfield. It’s not hidden or anything so simply head to the middle area of the South Tabantha Snowfield, or Snowfield Stable if you’ve gone there already, and you should be able to find the shrine.
How to Complete Orochium Shrine
Once inside, you’ll find yourself on a platform, with a large double door in front of you, and a runed plate embedded on the floor to your right. This usually means there’s a matching runed sphere you have to place on it, so you’ll have to look for one. If you use Ultrahand to open the double door, you’ll find a wall of lasers behind it. Touching them will trigger a trapdoor under you, so you’ll have to go around the structure for now to the left, where a Soldier Construct II is patrolling. Follow the path to a dead end, and then Ascend up the protruding structure on the right, which should lead you to a small ledge with a ladder. Head up the ladder and then crouch to cross the small opening to the right. Once across, there should be a fence in front of you, and no other way but the cliff to your right. You’ll have to jump from here and fall down to move forward. There will be a Soldier Construct II waiting for you below. Follow the path to the left and ignore the steps first, to find a chest containing five Arrows, guarded by another Soldier Construct II. Go up the short steps now to another double door. If you look behind you, you’ll see the path back to the first double door, blocked off by walls of lasers. For now, use Ultrahand to open the double door in front of you. There will be some more laser formations here, and if you look past them there will be a green wall with a slot for a key, guarded by two more Soldier Construct IIs. To get the key, you’ll actually have to touch these laser formations to trigger the trapdoor and, as the shrine description suggests, let yourself fall down to a lower floor. Avoid the lasers down here to get to the other end, and then Ascend up to the chest containing a Small Key. Ascend up to find yourself at the back of the room where you fell down from. You can actually see your target from here - the runed sphere, inside a cage. Head around and open the green wall with the Small Key. Lift the sphere up and take it back up the stairs behind its cage and to your left should be a platform you can use as an elevator up. Up the stairs here, put the sphere inside another runed plate to open the gate to your left, where a Fanplane is waiting for you. Position the plane on the slot on the floor past the plate, attach the sphere to it, get on the plane, and hit the Fans to ride it back to the entrance.
Turn the Fans off before you hit the wall, and put the sphere in this plate to finally open the last gate. Inside, examine the green runes for a Light of Blessing and unlock the Orochium Shrine on your map for Fast Travel.
