Yomizuk is a Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Yomizuk Shrine is a special Shrine, usually containing no further puzzles, that you'll only be able to access after completing its corresponding Side Quest. Shrines are mini-dungeons, housing quick trials such as puzzles or short enemy encounters. Once a Shrine has been completed, the player obtains a Light of Blessing, an item key to obtaining more Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels, and the Shrine is unlocked as a Fast Travel point. If the Shrine has not been completed but has been activated, it will be marked in yellow on the map. It will still be available for fast travel so that can players return and complete the Shrine at a later time.

Yomizuk Walkthrough Guide
Reaching Yomizuk
The Yomizuk Shrine is located on the eastern edge of the Lanayru region, underneath the Lodrum Headland, within Tarm Point Cave. The best way to find the shrine would be through a Side Quest. To get started, head to the Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower, launch up, and then glide to the northeast over the waters of Lanayru Bay, toward Lodrum Headland. Head to the southern tip of the hills here known as Tarm Point. You should see a hole in the ground amidst some ruins. Jump down to enter the Tarm Point Cave. Inside, you should be able to find a raft with a sail, and Sasan beside it.
How to Complete Yomizuk
Talking to Sasan will begin the Side Quest True Treasure. Use Ultrahand to put the raft on the water. Speak to Sasan and tell him that it’s rafting time so he can climb on board. There should be some Korok Frond-Gusters nearby so pick them up if you don’t have any on-hand. Use it to both blow gusts on the sail to move forward, and hit the sail to change directions. Simply navigate through the changing tides until you get to the shrine at the end of the path when the waters end. This will complete the Side Quest and reward you with two Opals. Sasan and Finley will leave you to examine the green runes.
Inside will be a chest containing a Diamond. Head up the stairs and examine the green runes to obtain a Light of Blessing and unlock Yomizuk Shrine on your map for Fast Travel.
