Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower is a Tower in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Towers are tall structures that allow players to see the surrounding points of interest. Once a tower has been discovered, the map in this region is also unlocked. This also allows players to easily glide down to nearby destinations from atop of the Tower. This also then becomes a Fast Travel point, much like Shrines, for players to travel to on the map. The Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower is found in Akkala.

Zelda TotK Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower Location Walkthrough
The Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower in Zelda TotK can be found northeast of the surface map in Akkala. Upon arriving at the tower, you'll notice that the console that activates the tower is missing and you'll need to retrieve it so that you can use it to make the tower work. You'll need a few things here before you travel to the tower, make sure you have any bow weapon, you can Fuse, and at least have one of the following materials: Keese Eyeball, Fire Keese Eyeball, or an Octorok Eyeball.
Go back outside of the tower and look up in the sky, you'll see an Aerocuda flying around the tower and holding the console. Ready your bow and fuse one of the mentioned materials to your arrow. These materials have homing capabilities, so when you shoot, it will automatically follow the flying beast. Once you've shot it, grab the console with Ultrahand and place it next to the launch pad. A cutscene will trigger after you place the console and Sawson will repair it for you.
