Makurukis Shrine is a Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Makurukis Shrine is a Combat Training: Archery Shrine, teaching the player how to do certain actions and use them against minor Enemies. Once a Shrine has been completed, the player obtains a Light of Blessing, an item key to obtaining more Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels, and the Shrine is unlocked as a Fast Travel point. If the Shrine has not been completed but has been activated, it will be marked in yellow on the map. It will still be available for fast travel so that can players return and complete the Shrine at a later time.

Makurukis Shrine Walkthrough Guide
Reaching Makurukis Shrine
This shrine imprisons and purifies the ancient evil.
Makurukis Shrine can be located in the Central Hyrule Region, along the Hyrule Ridge. To get there, just follow the path that runs through Nero Hill and Piper Ridge, and eventually cross the Tabantha Bridge. Just past the Tabantha Bridge Stable, you should see it on your left at the foot of Mount Rhoam.
How to Complete Makurukis Shrine
Steady your aim and fire at the enemy’s head. Your other attacks are ineffective here. Ready yourself.
When you enter the shrine and move forward, a Training Construct will activate, and you will be given instructions on how to use your Bow and Arrows. Press and hold down the ZR button to aim at the head of the construct and draw your Arrow, and then release the button to fire the Arrow.
Well done. Do not fear the approaching enemies. Fire true, and strike their heads.
After you hit the construct just once, two more will appear and you’ll be prompted to hit all three of them once on the head each.
You have proven your mastery. Now proceed to the innermost chamber.
They’ll all go down in one hit, and the gate should open in front of you. Head inside to find a chest containing a Strong Construct Bow. Examine the green runes for a Light of Blessing and unlock the Makarukis Shrine on your map for Fast Travel.
