Ikatak is a Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Ikatak Shrine is a special Shrine, usually containing no further puzzles, that you'll only be able to access after completing its corresponding Shrine Quest. Shrines are mini-dungeons, housing quick trials such as puzzles or short enemy encounters. Once a Shrine has been completed, the player obtains a Light of Blessing, an item key to obtaining more Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels, and the Shrine is unlocked as a Fast Travel point. If the Shrine has not been completed but has been activated, it will be marked in yellow on the map. It will still be available for fast travel so that can players return and complete the Shrine at a later time.

Ikatak Walkthrough Guide
Reaching Ikatak
This shrine imprisons and purifies the ancient evil.
The Ikatak Shrine is located in the southwest area of the Hebra Region, at the Gisa Crater in the Tabantha Frontier. It sits just a little bit north of the northern entrance to the Gisa Crater Cave. There’s no special way to get there as it’s just on the floor level of the island, so simply follow your map and head there.
How to Complete Ikatak
Seek the crystal connected to the beam, and offer it at the shrine. Do so, and I will grant you a light that banishes evil.
Examining the green runes will start the Shrine Quest The Gisa Crater Crystal, which you’ll have to complete to allow entrance into the shrine. To do so, you’ll have to find the crystal, which the green light from the shrine should now be pointing to, and bring it back to the entrance. When you follow the light you’ll see that the crystal is underground so look for the hole leading to the Gisa Crater Cave near you. When you drop down you’ll be attacked by two Stalkoblins and two Ice Likes. Look for the green crystal and put it in the center of the hole you jumped in from. There are two Rockets in the cave, so attach one or both of them to the green crystal and activate the Rocket to get it up aboveground. If you set the green crystal up right there’s a chance it’ll just drop straight down so this might take a few tries. Otherwise, Ascend back up and take the crystal to the shrine entrance to allow yourself entry.
You who offers the crystal. I will grant you a light that banishes evil.
Inside will be a chest containing a Big Battery. Head up the stairs and examine the green runes to obtain a Light of Blessing and unlock Ikatak Shrine on your map for Fast Travel.
