Jochi-ihiga is a Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Jochi-ihiga Shrine is a special Shrine, usually containing no further puzzles, that you'll only be able to access after completing its corresponding Shrine Quest. Shrines are mini-dungeons, housing quick trials such as puzzles or short enemy encounters. Once a Shrine has been completed, the player obtains a Light of Blessing, an item key to obtaining more Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels, and the Shrine is unlocked as a Fast Travel point. If the Shrine has not been completed but has been activated, it will be marked in yellow on the map. It will still be available for fast travel so that can players return and complete the Shrine at a later time.

Jochi-ihiga Walkthrough Guide
Reaching Jochi-ihiga
The Jochi-ihiga Shrine is located in the southern area of the Akkala region, near the Akkala Falls. The best way to find the shrine is to start the corresponding Shrine Quest in Tarrey Town. Talk to Haige who’ll be standing beside the green shrine crystal.
How to Complete Jochi-ihiga
Follow the beam to its end, and offer the crystal there. Do so, and I will offer you a light that banishes evil
You’ll have to haggle Hagie for the shrine crystal. Ask him about the rock. Agreeing to initially buy it for 100 rupees will start the Shrine Quest Rock for Sale. Talk to him again to pay 20 rupees once for unlimited use of the nearby railcar. Examine the crystal to shoot out a beam that’ll take you to the actual shrine. Attach it to the railcar made with Small Wheels for a ride to the Hudson Construction Site. Make sure to turn the wheels off when you get there to get off with no issues.
Bring the crystal toward the north before the water where there’ll be parts for you to make a makeshift motorboat with. Simplest you can do would be to Attach two Fans to one end of one of the wooden planks. Place the crystal on top of your creation and bring the whole thing with you to the waters far to the south. Ride it on the water to the shrine entrance which you can see from afar. Bring the crystal near it to complete the Shrine Quest and allow yourself entry.

Inside will be a chest containing a Diamond. Head up the stairs and examine the green runes to obtain a Light of Blessing and unlock Jochi-ihiga Shrine on your map for Fast Travel.
