Domizuin is a Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Domizuin Shrine is an A Prone Pathway Shrine testing the player's skills in finding the objectives that will solve the puzzles using Link's abilities. Shrines are mini-dungeons, housing quick trials such as puzzles or short enemy encounters. Once a Shrine has been completed, the player obtains a Light of Blessing, an item key to obtaining more Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels, and the Shrine is unlocked as a Fast Travel point. If the Shrine has not been completed but has been activated, it will be marked in yellow on the map. It will still be available for fast travel so that can players return and complete the Shrine at a later time.

Domizuin Shrine Walkthrough Guide
Reaching Domizuin Shrine
The Domizuin Shrine is located on the southwest edge of the Akkala region, outside the Akkala Citadel Ruins near the South Akkala Plains. The easiest way to get there would be to head to the Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower, launch up, and then glide slightly southwest until you see the shrine.
How to Complete Domizuin Shrine
Inside and down the stairs, you’ll find yourself in a large spacious room. There’s nowhere to go except up, so Ascend on the structure ahead. Up here you’ll see a switch that will rotate the large grated cube in front of you, to the right. Hit it once and then enter the cube. Head to the right first to Ascend up another structure within the cube, a chest containing ten Arrows. Head down to hit the switch in the middle of the cube to move it counterclockwise this time. Hit it two more times to get a chest near the side you entered from containing a Might Zonaite Shield. Make sure not to hit the switch too fast in succession or you’ll ruin the rotation. Head back to the switch and hit it to rotate the cube three more times counterclockwise. There will be a chest outside the cube to the left of the switch containing a Zonai Charge. Look for the shrine entrance where you started and glide to it and then Ascend back up and hit the switch to turn the cube to the right once, and then enter it once again. Hit the switch thrice to rotate the cube counterclockwise three times again.
Head to the upper right corner and Ascend up the structure there to get to the top of the cube. Head up the stairs and examine the green runes to obtain a Light of Blessing and unlock the Domizuin Shrine on your map for Fast Travel.
