Mayaumekis Shrine Walkthrough Guide
Reaching Mayaumekis Shrine
The Mayaumekis Shrine is located in the southeast area of the Rising Island Chain, in the Hebra Sky. The best way to complete this shrine is through the Main Quest Tulin of Rito Village, which will inevitably take you to the shrine, especially as a checkpoint for the whole Main Quest. The path of the Main Quest will take you through a variety of Enemies and traveling upward through the Rising Island Chain using Link’s Ascend ability and Tulin’s gust ability. The Main Quest will have you traversing the harsh weather around Rito Village, completing objectives at the Hebra Trailhead Lodge, Hebra South Summit Cave, and eventually Hebra Peak. From there, you’ll have to travel upward using the structures to the northeast. Ascend up the rings floating around the pillar until you can climb up the rest of the way to its top. There’ll be another structure you can jump onto to the west, which will have another pillar you can Ascend up to above it, to reach the Rising Island Chain. You’ll see the shrine’s swirling green lights from here a bit farther to the west. Follow the path after Tulin and then jump onto the sail, using it as a trampoline to launch up and then glide straight to the shrine.

If you just want to directly clear the shrine, you can head to the Pikida Stonegrove Skyview Tower and glide to the west. Use Tulin’s ability to propel you forward and land right at the platform where the shrine is.
How to Complete Mayaumekis Shrine
Inside and down the stairs, you’ll find yourself behind some bars and a gate, with a switch pillar on the other side. Hit the switch with an Arrow to open the gate. On the other side is a large open area with multiple ships with trampoline sails. As the shrine description suggests, you’ll have to launch up from these trampoline sails and dive down for momentum to clear this shrine. Head up the stairs to the right to a lone Soldier Construct II, and then jump onto the first trampoline sail to launch up. Dive down to the next trampoline sail past a grate to do the same thing. The next trampoline sail is moving so be careful about diving down fast. When you launch up this time, head first to the left for a chest on a ledge containing ten Arrows. Jump and glide to the next trampoline sail which isn’t moving, parked beside a platform. Launch up and then hit the switch behind another set of bars inside a structure as you drop down from the peak. Glide to the next trampoline ahead of you to launch up to enter the structure from below and reach the end of the shrine.
Examine the green runes to obtain a Light of Blessing and unlock the Mayaumekis Shrine on your map for Fast Travel.
