Otutsum Shrine is a Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Otutsum Shrine is a special Shrine that has no puzzles to solve but is more difficult than usual to get to. Shrines are mini-dungeons, housing quick trials such as puzzles or short enemy encounters. Once a Shrine has been completed, the player obtains a Light of Blessing, an item key to obtaining more Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels, and the Shrine is unlocked as a Fast Travel point. If the Shrine has not been completed but has been activated, it will be marked in yellow on the map. It will still be available for fast travel so that can players return and complete the Shrine at a later time.

Otutsum Shrine Walkthrough Guide
Reaching Otutsum Shrine
Otutsum Shrine is located in the southwest area of the Gerudo region, in the northern area of the Risoka Snowfield, in between Mount Agaat and Gerudo Summit. To get there, just head to the Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower in Meadela’s Mantle, launch up, and then glide to the northwest. It’s a bit of a distance, but there’ll be a few areas higher up that you can rest on until you get to the shrine sitting out in the open in the snowy plains.
How to Complete Otutsum Shrine
Inside will be a chest containing a Topaz. Head up the stairs and examine the green runes to obtain a Light of Blessing and unlock Otutsum Shrine on your map for Fast Travel.
