Ninjis is a Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Ninjis Shrine is a special Shrine, usually containing no further puzzles, that you'll only be able to access after completing its corresponding Shrine Quest. Shrines are mini-dungeons, housing quick trials such as puzzles or short enemy encounters. Once a Shrine has been completed, the player obtains a Light of Blessing, an item key to obtaining more Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels, and the Shrine is unlocked as a Fast Travel point. If the Shrine has not been completed but has been activated, it will be marked in yellow on the map. It will still be available for fast travel so that can players return and complete the Shrine at a later time.

Ninjis Walkthrough Guide
Reaching Ninjis
The Ninjis Shrine is located on the southern edge of the Korok Forest hidden within the Great Hyrule Forest. You can only find it after clearing Musanokir Shrine and defeating the Phantom Ganon corrupting the Great Deku Tree from the inside. This will allow the Koroks to speak to you. To get to the shrine, head over to Musanokir Shrine first and then head southwest and follow along the path until you reach the Korok Maca. If you talk to him, he’ll describe his special place which you can imply is actually a Shrine and is not easily accessible to people.
How to Complete Ninjis
After talking to Maca, you’ll begin the Shrine Quest Maca’s Special Place. Based on what Maca told you, you should head first to the sky island above the shrine. To do so, head to the Thyplo Ruins Skyview Tower and launch up. Glide south toward the area that’s directly above where Maca said his special place can be located. The island will be at the bottom of what looks like a floating dissected pillar and will have a small pool of water to safely land on. If you look down on the southeast edge of the island you can see the green swirls of light that mark the shrine. Dive down and follow the lights. There’ll be a short period of time where you won’t be able to see them due to the fog so make sure you’re going in the right direction at all times.
When you land, examine the green runes to gain entry to the shrine and complete the Shrine Quest. Inside will be a chest containing a Mighty Construct Bow. Head up the stairs and examine the green runes to obtain a Light of Blessing and unlock Ninjis Shrine on your map for Fast Travel.
