Yamiyo Shrine is a Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Yamiyo Shrine is the Shrine that features Combat Training: Throwing. Yamiyo Shrine features a Combat training sequence against Training Construct rather than a puzzle sequence. Players will find a similar tutorial in the Teniten Shrine where players can practice throwing weapons rather than Materials. This Shrine introduces allows players to experiment with throwing Materials against enemies. Shrines are mini-dungeons, housing quick trials such as puzzles or short enemy encounters. Once a Shrine has been completed, the player obtains a Light of Blessing, an item key to obtaining more Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels, and the Shrine is unlocked as a Fast Travel point. If the Shrine has not been completed but has been activated, it will be marked in yellow on the map. It will still be available for fast travel so that can players return and complete the Shrine at a later time.

Yamiyo Shrine Walkthrough Guide
Reaching Yamiyo Shrine
From Lookout Landing, take the northeast path past Mabe Prairie and Romani Plains. The Shrine should be just at the fork of the path directly east of the Hyrule Castle Town Ruins.
How to Complete Yamiyo Shrine
Properly enter the Shrine and you will find a few sets of Fire Fruit bushes that you can pick and a Training Construct up on the platform ahead. The game will then introduce the shrine to you. Your other attacks will be ineffective here. A Pop Up on the ability controls will appear.
Hold R to get ready to throw. By default this gets Link ready to throw a weapon. Use the up arrow to switch to your materials Material. Scroll through your Mateirals using the right analaog stick. Once you're ready, pick the Fire Fruits off the bushes and get ready to throw a Fire Fruit. You can position Link closer to the construct. The construct will not move. Throw the Fire Fruit directly at the Training Construct After successfully landing the Fire Fruit, the Construct will begin to move side to side. Anticipate its path and once again throw the Fire Fruit at the construct. Since it is moving, aim slight ahead so that the construct walks into the Fire Fruit as it is launched. This is the final trial of the Shrine. Upon the second successful hit, the gate will open. There will be a ladder behind the platform so you can loot the top of the platform which will have the Zonai Charge.
When you are done with this area, move on towards the end of the Shrine. There will be a chest for you before you exit which will contain x3 Bomb Flower.
