Ukoojisi is a Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Ukoojisi Shrine is a special Shrine, usually containing no further puzzles, that you'll only be able to access after completing its corresponding Shrine Quest. Shrines are mini-dungeons, housing quick trials such as puzzles or short enemy encounters. Once a Shrine has been completed, the player obtains a Light of Blessing, an item key to obtaining more Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels, and the Shrine is unlocked as a Fast Travel point. If the Shrine has not been completed but has been activated, it will be marked in yellow on the map. It will still be available for fast travel so that can players return and complete the Shrine at a later time.

Ukoojisi Walkthrough Guide
Reaching Ukoojisi
The Ukoojisi Shrine is located in the West Necluda Sky Archipelago, in the Necluda Sky. To get there, head first to the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower, launch up, and then glide to the east. Glide to the first floating structure you’ll come across, in the West Necluda Sky Archipelago. Cross the floating island and hop onto the next one, which will be a cross-shaped island. The shrine entrance is sitting at its eastern southeastern edge.
How to Complete Ukoojisi
Seek the crystal connected to the beam, and offer it at the shrine. Do so, and I will grant you a light that banishes evil.
Examining the runes will start the Shrine Quest The West Necluda Sky Crystal, which you’ll have to complete to allow entrance into the shrine. To do so, you’ll have to find the crystal, which the green light from the shrine should now be pointing to, and bring it back to the shrine entrance. You’ll notice that the green beam of light shooting from the shrine is pointing a bit above you to the north. Head to the center of the island and rotate the lever until the inclined piston is pointing to the north. Hop on it for a free ride to an island with a runway. Make a Fanplane here with the Zonaite Devices, while adding a Rocket to your creation, as well as some Batteries. Ride it up the runway and launch up. Head to an island to the northeast with an opening covered by vines. Destroy them or burn them with any fire-empowered attack. Head inside and do the same to another set of vines deeper in, which are hiding the shrine crystal behind them. Attach the crystal to your Fanplane and ride it all the way back to the cross-shaped island to the southwest. Bring the crystal in front of the shrine entrance to complete the Shrine Quest and allow yourself entry.

Inside will be a chest containing a Mighty Zonaite Shield. Head up the stairs and examine the green runes to obtain a Light of Blessing and unlock Ukoojisi Shrine on your map for Fast Travel.
