Nouda is a Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Nouda Shrine is a Proving Grounds: Intermediate Shrine pitting Link against powerful enemies using only the Equipment and environmental items the Shrine provides for him. Shrines are mini-dungeons, housing quick trials such as puzzles or short enemy encounters. Once a Shrine has been completed, the player obtains a Light of Blessing, an item key to obtaining more Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels, and the Shrine is unlocked as a Fast Travel point. If the Shrine has not been completed but has been activated, it will be marked in yellow on the map. It will still be available for fast travel so that can players return and complete the Shrine at a later time.

Nouda Shrine Walkthrough Guide
Reaching Nouda Shrine
This shrine imprisons and purifies the ancient evil.
The Nouda Shrine is located in the southeast area of the Hebra Region, in the Tabantha Frontier, within the Kopeeki Drifts Cave. To find the cave, simply find Kopeeki Drifts on your map and you’ll see a sort of canyon surrounded by different hills and mountains, like the Hebra East Summit to the north. The cave entrance should be on the southern part of this canyon. Inside, you should see some ice pillars along some freezing water. You can use any ice-empowered item to make platforms that’ll allow you to safely cross the water. Otherwise, there’s also an Ice Like in a cavern to your right that’ll make some for you when its attacks hit the small pond in front of it. You can use them as is, or you can attach some Zonai Devices to help you and speed things up, but either way, cross the ice pillar lake to get to the shrine.
How to Complete Nouda Shrine
Outside equipment is forbidden beyond this point.
When you enter the shrine you will be stripped of all your Equipment. Ahead and to the right you will find the only Equipment you are allowed to use in this shrine - a Wooden Stick, a Thick Stick, an Old Wooden Bow, and ten Arrows. After you grab them and move forward, you’ll find yourself in a large room with multiple platforms and ramps, almost like a fun treehouse, with some enemy constructs. As the shrine description suggests, you’ll have to defeat them all to prove yourself, in order to complete the shrine. To your immediate right, the closest enemy will be a Soldier Construct I. To the left, under the treehouse-like structure will be another Soldier Construct I. Patrolling the lowest ramps up the treehouse will be two more Soldier Construct Is. The first large platform up will have the enemy leader, a Captain Construct II, which will make up a large chunk of the shrine’s enemy bar. Finally, there will be two more Soldier Construct Is acting as scouts at the top of the structure.
Your equipment will be returned to you.
Defeat all seven Enemies and you’ll be given all your gear back. A gate will unlock that and behind it will be a chest containing a Hearty Elixir. Examine the structure behind the chest with green runes to obtain a Light of Blessing and unlock the Nouda Shrine on your map for Fast Travel.
