Popla Foothills Skyview Tower is a Tower in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Towers are tall structures that allow players to see the surrounding points of interest. Once a tower has been discovered, the map in this region is also unlocked. This also allows players to easily glide down to nearby destinations from atop of the Tower. This also then becomes a Fast Travel point, much like Shrines, for players to travel to on the map. The Popla Foothills Skyview Tower is found in Faron.

Zelda TotK Popla Foothills Skyview Tower Location Walkthrough
The Popla Foothills Skyview Tower in Zelda TotK is located south of the map in Faron. You'll find out that the console of this tower is broken and you'll need help from a mechanic to fix it. Near the tower, there is a well and if you approach it, someone will scream for help. Jump down and follow the linear path to find Elmerson, who's trapped. Approach the man and speak to him, he'll mention that there is a nearby cave entrance that you can use to reach the mechanism that unlocks the trap he is caught in.
Ascend back to the surface and mark the coordinates to your map to find the entrance of the Popla Foothills Excavation Site (0605, -2226, 0051)/ Once inside, stand on the floor panel to unlock the gate ahead, Elmerson will thank you for helping him. Head back up to the tower and you'll find him next to the console which is now repaired. Speak to him again and then activate the console and the launch pad to scan the area and update your map.
