Momosik is a Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Momosik Shrine is a special Shrine, usually containing no further puzzles, that you'll only be able to access after completing its corresponding Shrine Quest. Shrines are mini-dungeons, housing quick trials such as puzzles or short enemy encounters. Once a Shrine has been completed, the player obtains a Light of Blessing, an item key to obtaining more Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels, and the Shrine is unlocked as a Fast Travel point. If the Shrine has not been completed but has been activated, it will be marked in yellow on the map. It will still be available for fast travel so that can players return and complete the Shrine at a later time.

Momosik Walkthrough Guide
Reaching Momosik
The Momosik Shrine is located on the eastern edge of the Eldin Region, east of the Death Mountain and the Death Caldera. You can easily find the shrine entrance out in the open on the northeast side of the Death Caldera, at the bottom of Death Mountain.
How to Complete Momosik
Seek the crystal connected to the beam, and offer it at the shrine. Do so, and I will grant you a light that banishes evil.
Examining the runes will start the Shrine Quest The Death Caldera Crystal, which you’ll have to complete to allow entrance into the shrine. To do so, follow the green beam of light shooting out from the shrine entrance. You’ll notice that it leads to somewhere within the mountain. Circle the mountain to the right to eventually find a pathway inward blocked by some breakable rocks. Break them with your weapons or with Yunobo’s ability. The opening will lead to the Death Mountain East Tunnel. On your way in, you’ll be greeted by a Horriblin dangling from the ceiling. Past it will be a mining cart you can put on the tracks, and a Fan to Attach behind it. Ride the cart along the tracks to the green shrine crystal, which will be stuck onto a molten rock formation. This is actually an Igneo Talus and you’ll have to defeat it to get the crystal. Before it even starts moving, aim your strongest attacks at the crystal to get a head start on dealing damage to. Once it starts moving, aim any water-type attacks at it and it’ll collapse and stop moving for a while, allowing you to get on top of it and then directly hit the crystal and deal some damage. Repeat this until it falls and bring the crystal with you on your cart all the way back to the shrine entrance to clear the quest and allow yourself entry.

Inside will be a chest containing a Big Battery. Head up the stairs and examine the green runes to obtain a Light of Blessing and unlock Momosik Shrine on your map for Fast Travel.
