Pupunke is a Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Pupunke Shrine is a special Shrine, usually containing no further puzzles, that you'll only be able to access after completing its corresponding Shrine Quest. Shrines are mini-dungeons, housing quick trials such as puzzles or short enemy encounters. Once a Shrine has been completed, the player obtains a Light of Blessing, an item key to obtaining more Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels, and the Shrine is unlocked as a Fast Travel point. If the Shrine has not been completed but has been activated, it will be marked in yellow on the map. It will still be available for fast travel so that can players return and complete the Shrine at a later time.

Pupunke Walkthrough Guide
Reaching Pupunke
The Pupunke Shrine is located on the eastern edge of the Korok Forest hidden within the Great Hyrule Forest. You can only find it after clearing Musanokir Shrine and defeating the Phantom Ganon corrupting the Great Deku Tree from the inside. This will allow the Koroks to speak to you. To get to the shrine, head over to Musanokir Shrine first and then head slightly southeast and follow along the path until you reach the Korok Damia and a green crystal. If you talk to her she’ll tell you that she wants five Golden Apples in exchange for the shrine crystal. The shrine is actually just past her along the path, in between two large trees.
How to Complete Pupunke
Follow the beam to its end, and offer the crystal there. Do so, and I will offer you a light that banishes evil.
After talking to Damia, you’ll begin the Shrine Quest A Pretty Stone and Five Golden Apples. You can either follow what she says or, if you’ve already cleared the Sonapan Shrine, you can Fast Travel there and farm Golden Apples from the orchard there. Heeding her instructions, you can now move forward along the path and follow the plants that have glowing beans growing out of them. The first trees you see with Apples are just Evermeans and will not give you any Golden Apples. Keep going and you’ll eventually run into two Stalkoblins and Stalmoblin. Past them will be a Shock Like. When you get to Mido Swamp, you’ll have to climb the dead trees to avoid the bog. Run along their branches to get across to the northeast. Eventually, you’ll run out of trees and will have to glide down for the last stretch of the swamp, but don’t worry as there’ll be some surfaces on the bog you can land on. Be careful though as you’ll be greeted by an Electric Wizzrobe and a Fire Chuchu. Past them to the north will finally be the two trees that bear Golden Apples. Head back to Damia to do the exchange.
You who offers the crystal. I will grant you a light that banishes evil.
Carry the shrine crystal toward the shrine entrance just a few paces ahead to gain entry to the shrine and complete the Shrine Quest. Inside will be a chest containing a Mighty Zonaite Sword. Head up the stairs and examine the green runes to obtain a Light of Blessing and unlock Pupunke Shrine on your map for Fast Travel.
