Ishokin Shrine is a Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Ishokin Shrine is the Shrine that features Rauru's Blessing. Shrines are mini-dungeons, housing quick trials such as puzzles or short enemy encounters. Once a Shrine has been completed, the player obtains a Light of Blessing, an item key to obtaining more Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels, and the Shrine is unlocked as a Fast Travel point. If the Shrine has not been completed but has been activated, it will be marked in yellow on the map. It will still be available for fast travel so that can players return and complete the Shrine at a later time.

Ishokin Shrine Walkthrough Guide
Reaching Ishokin Shrine
Ishokin Shrine is a Crystal shrine that can be found in the Faron Grasslands in the southern part of Zokassa Ridge. You will need to combine the associated Crystal with the Shrine to activate it. Interacting with either the Shrine or the crystal first to reveal the beam leading to either the shrine or crystal.
Seek the crystal connected to the beam, and offer it at the shrine. Do so, and I will grant you a light that banishes evil.
If you locate the crystal, you will also find Baddek, a horse enthusiast looking to see an enormous horse in exchange for the crystal. Speaking to him will activate the Shrine Quest: Ride the Giant Horse. Baddek will recommend visiting Highland Stable to gain intel on the stallion's whereabouts. Players can speak to Phanna at the nearby stable, the Highland Stable, east of the Shrine location. You can ask her about the Lake of the Horse God and she will tell you about the giant white stallion.
Lake of the Horse God
The Lake of the Horse God is located south of the Highland Stable. Take the west path from the stable and continue south. You should pass Haran Lake and the Nette Plateau to get to the Horse God Bridge. You may also encounter two travelers in search of the same stallion on the way. Follow the path till you reach the end, where you will be greeted by a Giant White Horse. Sneak behind it and mount the horse. Continuously soothe the horse to tame it. You will need an increased amount of stamina. Once you have successfully mounted the horse, you can return to the stable to register it or go directly to Baddek where the crystal is. Speak to Baddek while mounted on the horse to gain access to the crystal. Use Ultrahand or carry it to the Shrine to activate the shrine and complete the shrine quest.

How to Complete Ishokin Shrine
Enter the Shrine and proceed toward the chest in front to gain a Topaz. Continue to the end to claim the Light of Blessing.
