Joju-u-u is a Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Joju-u-u Shrine is a Building Bridges Shrine testing the player's skills in finding the objectives that will solve the puzzles using Link's abilities. Shrines are mini-dungeons, housing quick trials such as puzzles or short enemy encounters. Once a Shrine has been completed, the player obtains a Light of Blessing, an item key to obtaining more Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels, and the Shrine is unlocked as a Fast Travel point. If the Shrine has not been completed but has been activated, it will be marked in yellow on the map. It will still be available for fast travel so that can players return and complete the Shrine at a later time.

Joju-u-u Shrine Walkthrough Guide
Reaching Joju-u-u Shrine
The Joju-u-u Shrine is located on the northwest edge of the Necluda region, along Ubota Point, above the Lakeside Stable Well. To get there, simply head to the Lakeside Stable and then head southwest past the well. Climb up and you should be able to see the shrine out in the open amidst some trees atop the hill.
How to Complete Joju-u-u Shrine
Inside and down the stairs, you’ll find yourself in a large room with multiple platforms and various bridges. Head up the first bridge to the first platform. The next bride is disconnected at the end. As the shrine description suggests, this shrine will be all about reconnecting and rebuilding bridges to allow you to proceed. Use Ultrahand to lift the bridge’s disconnected part to the other platform and Attach it to rebuild it. Cross it to the next platform. The bridge this time will be too long for you to rebuild from here, so jump down first to Attach the end to the other side. Make sure not to Attach the very last tile of the bridge, as the bridge will actually sag lower than you want it to. Take the tile a few counts before the last of the bridge and Attach that one instead. Climb back up the ladder and then head across, jumping to the platform to your left in the middle of the bridge.
Head up the stairs and up another bridge. In this last section, jump down and you’ll notice that the bridge doesn’t have anything to Attach to across the gap. It’s also a tad bit longer than it needs to be. There’s a large block somewhere that you can use. To make this work, attach the end of the bridge to the large block instead. Afterward, use Ultrahand to bring the block past the pole and let it drop. The weight should be enough to stretch the bridge out, as well as hold your own weight as you cross. Head back up through the ladders and cross the makeshift bridge you created. Before crossing the last bridge to the end of the shrine, lift the middle part of the bridge up and Attach it to the single tile of a broken bridge above you to the left, to reach a chest containing a Large Zonaite.
Cross the bridge and examine the green runes to obtain a Light of Blessing and unlock the Joju-u-u Shrine on your map for Fast Travel.
