Usazum Shrine is a Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Usazum Shrine is the Shrine that features Rauru's Blessing. Shrines are mini-dungeons, housing quick trials such as puzzles or short enemy encounters. Once a Shrine has been completed, the player obtains a Light of Blessing, an item key to obtaining more Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels, and the Shrine is unlocked as a Fast Travel point. If the Shrine has not been completed but has been activated, it will be marked in yellow on the map. It will still be available for fast travel so that can players return and complete the Shrine at a later time.

Usazum Shrine Walkthrough Guide
Reaching Usazum Shrine
This shrine is located directly west of Hyrule Field. Players can reach this location by heading directly west from the Hyrule Field Skyview Tower or following the paths east from the field and crossing the Regencia River. The Shrine will be located in the northern part of the Dalite Forest. Once you reach the Shrine location, interact with it to activate the Shrine Quest, The Satori Mountain Crystal. The quest can also be activated by locating the Crystal first.
Seek the crystal connected to the beam, and offer it at the shrine. Do so, and I will grant you a light that banishes evil.
Interacting with either the Shrine base or the Crystal will activate the beam to the other. This time, the Crystal beam will lead you to the Satori Mountain Foothill Cave. You'll find the crystal attached to a Hinox. There will be several Brightbloom Seeds and you can pick up as well as a chest carrying 100 Rupees at a higher, smaller cave in the middle. There's also a Bubbulfrog you can fight to receive a Bubbul Gem. At the end of the cave, you will find a Hinox wearing the Shrine Crystal as a necklace. So once you defeat the Hinox, you can carry or use your Ultrahand on the Shrine Crystal to activate the Shrine.
How to Complete Usazum Shrine
After completing the Shrine Quest, players can receive Rauru's Blessing. Open the chest to receive the Strong Zonaite Spear, then proceed to the end to claim the Light of Blessing.
