What is Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom All About?
Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is an upcoming open world action-adventure game, it is the long awaited sequel to Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The game takes place not long after the events of its prequel. The beginning of this game will most likely follow the plot of the prequel, at the end of the Breath of the Wild it is seen the Zelda is lamenting about rebuilding the Kingdom of Hyrule. The trailer has shown Zelda travelling with Link exploring cavern, then a seemingly stronger version of Malice comes rushing to reawaken the imprisoned Ganon. Zelda falls into Link's right arm, and left the Master Sword heavily damaged. Not much has been revealed since then, but we can expect Link to save Zelda, try to repair the Master Sword, defeat Ganon and save Hyrule, and finally breaking the cycle started by Demise.
When was Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Announced?
Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom was initially announced at E3 2019, then another teaser trailer was released at E3 2021 showing a brief footage of gameplay.
