Kamatukis is a Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Kamatukis Shrine is an A Precise Strike Shrine testing the player's skills in finding the objectives that will solve the puzzles using Link's abilities. Shrines are mini-dungeons, housing quick trials such as puzzles or short enemy encounters. Once a Shrine has been completed, the player obtains a Light of Blessing, an item key to obtaining more Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels, and the Shrine is unlocked as a Fast Travel point. If the Shrine has not been completed but has been activated, it will be marked in yellow on the map. It will still be available for fast travel so that can players return and complete the Shrine at a later time.

Kamatukis Shrine Walkthrough Guide
Reaching Kamatukis Shrine
The Kamatukis Shrine is located on the northwestern edge of the Akkala region, in the Tempest Gulch, before Skull Lake. There’s no special way or easy way to get there. You can either glide north after heading to and launching up from the Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower, or ride a horse from the East Akkala Stable, and head northwest. Either way, you’ll have to pass the North Akkala Valley, Rok Woods, and the Tempest Gulch to find the shrine, amidst some trees on top of a plateau.
How to Complete Kamatukis Shrine
Inside and down some stairs, you’ll find yourself in a large open room. Ahead of you is a large runed sphere, a switch pillar, and a large block. If you look to the far left you’ll see a target, as well as far ahead across the gap. The thin pillar sticking out from the ceiling in front of you can actually be moved. As the shrine description suggests, you’ll have to strike the sphere in a bit of a precise way to hit the target.
Head to the left first to find the same set of objects you can interact with. Attach the large block to the thin pillar and then pull it back. You’ll have to release it at the precise time so that you’ll hit the runed sphere into the moving target. Once you do, the gate to your left will open, revealing a chest containing a Mighty Zonaite Longsword. Head back to the main puzzle and do the same thing. You’ve probably noticed by now but you don’t really need to be all that precise, as the targets are convex-shaped, so the sphere has the opportunity to roll into the center. Nevertheless, just try to be as precise as you can as you hit the sphere with the attached block.
Head out the gate that will open and examine the green runes to obtain a Light of Blessing and unlock the Kamatukis Shrine on your map for Fast Travel.
