Kudanisar is a Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Kudanisar Shrine is a Bridging the Sands Shrine testing the player's skills in finding the objectives that will solve the puzzles using Link's abilities. Shrines are mini-dungeons, housing quick trials such as puzzles or short enemy encounters. Once a Shrine has been completed, the player obtains a Light of Blessing, an item key to obtaining more Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels, and the Shrine is unlocked as a Fast Travel point. If the Shrine has not been completed but has been activated, it will be marked in yellow on the map. It will still be available for fast travel so that can players return and complete the Shrine at a later time.

Kudanisar Shrine Walkthrough Guide
Reaching Kudanisar Shrine
The Kudanisar Shrine is located in the southwest area of the Gerudo region, in the northern parts of the Gerudo Desert. The easiest way to get to it would be to head to the Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower and then head south past Karusa Valley. You can do so without launching up first, but you can launch up first if you want, for good measure. As you glide south, you should find the shrine on top of a small structure, guarded by three Soldier Construct IIIs led by a Soldier Construct IV. You can choose to avoid them by landing on the higher levels of the structure and climbing up straight to the shrine entrance.
How to Complete Kudanisar Shrine
Inside and down the stairs, you’ll find yourself in a large open room, filled with moving sand. Multiple structures are scattered throughout the sands. As the shrine description suggests, you’ll have to traverse the sands by moving around to these different structures, connected only by sands. Head directly ahead of you, fighting the current of the sands. There’ll be wooden planks that you can hop onto to make the journey easier. When you get to the platform before the fence, use Ultrahand to move and Attach some planks together to make an inclined bridge you can use to cross the fence to the other side.
The plank standing up vertically here is hiding a Soldier Construct I. Cross the sands past it to get to a large structure. Climb up the ladder to find a runed-plate and an elevated tile. You’ll have to stand on the tile in order to generate the corresponding runed-sphere. Unfortunately, when you do, it’ll be pushed all the way to another structure on the other end of the room. Head down the stairs in the direction that the sphere flew in to find a sand-sled. You can use this now to traverse the sands quicker. Turn on the fan, facing the next structure, but head first to a different, much shorter structure on the right-hand corner, guarded by a Soldier Construct I. Use the wooden planks to make an inclined path for you to climb atop to a chest containing a Hasty Elixir.
Head back down and use your sled to get to the side of the structure where the sphere was thrown into, guarded by two more Soldier Constructs Is. Ascend up the grates on the side. Drop down to the inside of the structure and Attach the sphere to one of the sleds. Step on the tile to open the gate, and then hop on your sled to bring the sphere to the runed-plate back on the other side of the room. Use the wooden planks to make a path up the stairs that are cut off. Use Ultrahand to bring the sphere and place it in its intended slot on the plate.
Head out the gate that just opened and examine the green runes to obtain a Light of Blessing and unlock the Kudanisar Shrine on your map for Fast Travel.
