Rotsumamu is a Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Rotsumamu Shrine is an A Balanced Plan Shrine testing the player's skills in finding the objectives that will solve the puzzles using Link's abilities. Shrines are mini-dungeons, housing quick trials such as puzzles or short enemy encounters. Once a Shrine has been completed, the player obtains a Light of Blessing, an item key to obtaining more Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels, and the Shrine is unlocked as a Fast Travel point. If the Shrine has not been completed but has been activated, it will be marked in yellow on the map. It will still be available for fast travel so that can players return and complete the Shrine at a later time.

Rotsumamu Shrine Walkthrough Guide
Reaching Rotsumamu Shrine
The Rotsumamu Shrine is located in the central area of the Gerudo region, right beside the Yiga Clan Hideout Chasm, in the canyon between Vatorsa Snowfield, Laparoh Mesa, and Sapphia’s Table. To get there, simply head to the Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower on the Meadela’s Mantle, launch up, and then glide to the east. The chasm should be very visible from up above so start diving down when you see it. You’ll see the swirling green lights of the shrine right beside the chasm hole.
How to Complete Rotsumamu Shrine
Inside and down the stairs, you’ll find yourself in a large room with a structure ahead of you. The structure appears to be something like a seesaw, created by connecting a stone platform to hinges in between two pillars. As the shrine description suggests, you’ll need to work with weight-balancing in order to complete this shrine. For this one, simply run up the platform and jump off onto the next before your weight shifts the seesaw.
In the next section, there will be another seesaw you’ll have to run up on, but it’s too far up from the ground. Attach the barrel nearby on the left edge of the seesaw to bring it down so you can run up to the next area. Next, you’ll find an even larger seesaw, with some heavy blocks already stuck on one end. If you head up to the other side, you’ll find a chest deeper into the room, on a platform across a gap. Attach the stone plate nearby to this end of the seesaw in a way that will create a bridge for you to cross to the chest, containing a Large Zonaite. Hop back onto the seesaw. If you look toward the other end, you’ll see the doorway above which you’ll need to get to. While the heavy blocks aren’t movable, you can still pull on them to move the seesaw, granted that you’ve put enough weight on the other side. To do so, Detach the stone plate first, and Attach it again, this time in such a way that you add more length to this side of the seesaw, for more leverage. Attach the free block on top of it, and then use Ultrahand to pull on the immovable blocks, to shift the seesaw. Run up and head into the doorway.
Turn the corner and examine the green runes to obtain a Light of Blessing and unlock the Rotsumamu Shrine on your map for Fast Travel.
