Sitsum is a Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Sitsum Shrine is an A Controlling Device Shrine testing the player's skills in finding the objectives that will solve the puzzles using Link's abilities. Shrines are mini-dungeons, housing quick trials such as puzzles or short enemy encounters. Once a Shrine has been completed, the player obtains a Light of Blessing, an item key to obtaining more Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels, and the Shrine is unlocked as a Fast Travel point. If the Shrine has not been completed but has been activated, it will be marked in yellow on the map. It will still be available for fast travel so that can players return and complete the Shrine at a later time.

Sitsum Shrine Walkthrough Guide
Reaching Sitsum Shrine
The Sitsum Shrine is located in the central area of the Eldin region, on the west side of Death Mountain. To get there, head to the Death Mountain West Site, where the Death Mountain West Tunnel is, Attach the Fan behind a mining cart and ride it up the mountain. On your first stop, you’ll see the shrine just below you.
How to Complete Sitsum Shrine
Inside and down the stairs, you’ll find yourself in a room with some carts with Big Wheels, complete with Steering Sticks atop them. As the shrine description suggests, you’ll have to prove your mastery over controlling things with a Steering Stick to clear the shrine. Ride one of the carts into the lava to the next section. The next platform will have a gate and a runed plate. Turn right before said platform to find the runed sphere to go along with the plate. Grab it with Ultrahand and Attach it temporarily to your cart. Bring it back to its intended slot on the runed plate for a chest containing a Mighty Construct Bow.
Get back on a cart, this time turning right from this platform. You’ll be greeted by a Soldier Construct II. It’ll be guarding some more carts and some Fanplanes. Take a Steering Stick from one of the carts and Attach it to one of the Fanplanes. Ride it up and away, maneuvering past some pillars toward the swirling green lights.
Once you land, examine the green runes to obtain a Light of Blessing and unlock the Sitsum Shrine on your map for Fast Travel.
