Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower is a Tower in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Towers are tall structures that allow players to see the surrounding points of interest. Once a tower has been discovered, the map in this region is also unlocked. This also allows players to easily glide down to nearby destinations from atop of the Tower. This also then becomes a Fast Travel point, much like Shrines, for players to travel to on the map. The Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower is found in Eldin.

Zelda TotK Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower Location Walkthrough
The Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower in Zelda TotK can be located north of the map in the Eldin Region. At this point, you should have at least the Ascend ability and the Rocket zonai device. When you arrive at the tower, you'll see Billson next to the console. He'll mention that the terminal will start up but the tower won't fully function.
Look up and you'll see a large floating platform, grab it with Ultrahand and place it on the ground. Climb up and attach at least two Rockets on the platform. When you're ready, hit the two devices to activate it, you need to have enough height before you can jump off and paraglide on the top of the tower. At the top, you'll notice that another large platform is actually obstructing the tip of the tower. Use Ultrahand to remove it and a short cutscene will trigger.
Jump back down to the entrance of the tower and speak to the mechanic, Billson before you can use the terminal and the launch pad.
