Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower is a Tower in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Towers are tall structures that allow players to see the surrounding points of interest. Once a tower has been discovered, the map in this region is also unlocked. This also allows players to easily glide down to nearby destinations from atop of the Tower. This also then becomes a Fast Travel point, much like Shrines, for players to travel to on the map. The Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower is found in Gerudo.
The Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower in Zelda TotK is located southwest in the snowy region, be sure to bring meals to keep Link warm.

Zelda TotK Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower Location Walkthrough
The Geruodo Highlands Skyview Tower in Zelda TotK can be located southwest of the snowy region in Gerudo Highlands. Before you travel to the cold area, make sure to pack up food that will keep Link warm. Upon arriving, you'll see a nearby tent, check it and you'll find a note on the table about the tower you're about to explore. It also mentions a cave the explorers used to stash their construction materials.
After reading the note, from the entrance of the tower that is covered in snow, look north and walk towards the direction to find a cave entrance, this is the Meadela's Mantle Cave. Grab some resources by the entrance of the cave, and at the end of the path, you'll find some stash by a river. On the right, make sure to grab the Hearty Truffle and some other materials such as Wood and Flint.
Now it's time to use the Ultrahand, grab the large wooden platform, and place it on the river. Hop on the platform and allow the flow of the river to take you to the bottom section. After you drop from the cascade, you'll see some wooden pillars, swim to them and start to climb. Look up and you should find a glowing spot where you can Ascend. Before doing so, you'll see another wooden plank, use it and position it sideways at the wooden pillars, this should give you enough height to be able to use Ascend — use the switch upon ascending to activate the tower.
