Once a Shrine has been completed, the player obtains a Light of Blessing, an item key to obtaining more Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels, and the Shrine is unlocked as a Fast Travel point. Sepapa Shrine Walkthrough Guide
Reaching Sepapa Shrine
You can locate this Shrine in the Northeast area past the Boneyard Bridge and Hyrule Forest Park. The Shrine is directly east of the Hyrule Castle.
How to Complete Sepapa Shrine
Proceed to enter the Shrine and take the first flight of stairs ahead. Take note of the path of the moving platform. Use Rewind on it so that Link can hop on and use it to travel to the higher section. Here, you can pick up the torch on the floor in front of the gate. If your weapons stash is too full, you can temporarily drop one of your weapons. You will be able to come back for it.
With the torch, hop on the next available floating plank. You will notice some candles up ahead. Equip your torch and swipe to light your torch on the candles. Make sure you don't accidentally unequip your torch and put out the flame. Otherwise, you can use Rewind to go back and reignite it. Stand by the wall of dry leaves until they catch fire. The flame will travel upwards and will eventually burn down the wooden plank the chest on top sits on. The chest will soon drop down. It will contain the Mighty Construct Bow.
You can use the wooden platform to travel back. Hop on and use rewind to reverse the path. Once again, light the torch on the way back. Use the lit torch to light the two candles that line the locked gate to open it. After this, you no longer need the torch. You can pick up your original weapon and move on to the next area.
From here, take the path to the right to take you to the ball and two ball slots. Use Ultrahand on the ball and place it into the nearest slot. Wait for the gate to open and then give it a few moments before activating Ultrahand again and placing it into the second slot. Leave the ball there and return to the original entrance of this area. This time take the left path and go through the now-open gate. Once you're past the first gate, look toward the direction of the ball. Use Rewind on the ball and it should reinsert itself into the first slot, which will open the gate ahead. If you didn't stop the Rewind process, make sure to get through the second gate before the ball leaves the slot.
You can now make your way through to the end of the shrine.
