Isisim is a Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Isisim Shrine is a Proving Grounds: Reverse Shrine pitting Link against powerful enemies using only the Equipment and environmental items the Shrine provides for him. Shrines are mini-dungeons, housing quick trials such as puzzles or short enemy encounters. Once a Shrine has been completed, the player obtains a Light of Blessing, an item key to obtaining more Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels, and the Shrine is unlocked as a Fast Travel point. If the Shrine has not been completed but has been activated, it will be marked in yellow on the map. It will still be available for fast travel so that can players return and complete the Shrine at a later time.

Isisim Shrine Walkthrough Guide
Reaching Isisim Shrine
This shrine imprisons and purifies the ancient evil.
The Isisim Shrine is located in the north area of the Eldin Region, inside the YunoboCo HQ East Cave. Make your way to the cave by first heading to Goron City and then make your way slightly northeast. The cave entrance should look like a mound of red rock and should lead to a downward incline. Follow the path down and then head to the right. A Horriblin and a Black Horriblin will be waiting for you on the ceiling. Follow the path behind them into a Fire Like. You should already be able to see the shrine’s swirling lights, but you’ll have to break some rocks covering that entrance.
How to Complete Isisim Shrine
Outside equipment is forbidden beyond this point.
When you enter the shrine you will be stripped of all your Equipment. Ahead and to the right you will find the only Equipment you are allowed to use in this shrine - a Wooden Stick, a Thick Stick, and an Old Wooden Shield. After you grab them and move forward, you’ll find yourself in a large room with large moving gears, elevated floors, and multiple Enemies. As the shrine description suggests, you’ll have to traverse the area and defeat all the Enemies to prove your mastery over Link’s Recall ability and clear the shrine. You can start by going up the inclines on your left to a lone Soldier Construct I. You can actually use Recall on the bombs it throws at you to send them back and have them explode on it. Turn around and use Recall on the moving gear to head up the upper floor and fight a Soldier Construct II. From afar, it’ll throw things at you and you can use a similar strategy of using Recall on the thrown objects if you want. In the corner behind it will be another Soldier Construct I. The next corner will have another Soldier Construct II and then the last one will have a Captain Construct I.
Your equipment will be returned to you.
Defeat all five enemies and you’ll be given all your gear back. A gate will unlock that and behind it will be a chest containing a Magic Rod. Examine the structure behind the chest with green runes to obtain a Light of Blessing and unlock the Isisim Shrine on your map for Fast Travel.
