Reaching Karahatag Shrine

The Karahatag Shrine can be found in the Southern Oasis in the Gerudo Desert. You reach the shrine by heading south-southeast from Gerudo Town. While traversing the Gerudo Desert, make sure to have some Heat Resistance to avoid taking continuous damage. There are several pieces of Armor and Consumables that provide resistances to hot temperatures. If you're using Consumables to temporary increase your Heat Resistance, make sure to bring extras as, although Heat Resistance isn't needed inside the Shrine, the timer will continuously tick down.

How to complete the Karahatag Shrine

When you enter the Shrine, you'll find two braziers — one on the right that's upright and lit, and another hanging upside down from the ceiling on the left that's unlit. On the ground next to the lit brazier is a Torch. Simply light the torch using the lit brazier then throw the lit torch onto the unlit brazier to light it. Alternatively, you can Fuse some Arrows with Fire Fruits and shoot the unlit brazier to light it. Either way, lighting the unlit brazier unlocks the gate in front of you.

Head through the gate and up the ladder. Before you attempt the puzzle, there's a hidden chest in this room. Stand next to lit brazier on the bridge on the right, then turn around and face the ladder you came from. You'll find a small alcove underneath the ground. Use your Glider to glide down and open the chest to obtain a Mighty Construct Bow. You can then use Ascend to return to the upper floor.

Back upstairs, examine the room in front of you. On this upper platform is a pressure pad on the ground. Stepping on it causes the lower platform to lower further and reveals three unlit braziers above it. On the lower platform, you'll notice three white patches on the ground. These patches are directly below the three unlit braziers hanging from the ceiling. 

There are two way so solve this puzzle. To solve it the 'proper' way, take the brazier from the right and place it on any of the white patches. Head back to the upper platform and step on the pressure pad. From here, use Rewind on the brazier to lift it back to it's original position, lighting the unlit brazier above it. Repeat this, placing the brazier on the other two white patches and using Rewind on them. After all three braziers are lit, the gate across the bridge on the right will unlock.

Alternatively, you can solve this puzzle with Fire Arrows like with the first brazier at the entrance of the Shrine. Stand on the pressure pad on the upper platform, and while there, Fuse your Arrows with Fire Fruits to light them on fire. Shoot the three braziers with Fire Arrows and the gate will open.

Through the gate, interact with the green structure to receive a Light of Blessing and unlock the Shrine as a Fast Travel point.
