In-isa Shrine Walkthrough Guide

Reaching the In-isa Shrine

This Shrine is closest to the Ukouh Shrine where Link gains the Ultrahand. From the Ukouh Shrine, players will need to make their way down south through the western side of the map until you reach a large body of water. The path down here will feature similar elements and materials that were in the Ukouh Shrine. You will need to build yourself a similar platform with a hook attached in order to cross the islands using the rails. Once you cross, you will have another opportunity to use your Ultrahand by building a bridge with a couple logs. It can be as thick or thin as you like. You can attach multiple logs side by side to make it more secure, but you will need it to be 2-3 logs long to reach the other side as long as you can walk across it.

Continue making your way south. You may need to swim over a few streams and you may encounter a few Constructs. You might need to clear them if you run in to them. If you keep right while heading down, you wiill come across your first Backpack Korok who wants to reunite with his friend on the other side. You will need to use your Ability to make a new makeshift platform with hook. This time you will have to make do with a couple of logs rather than a platform. Once you make your platform, don't forget to attach and secure the Korok. Use the rail to cross and speak to the other Korok. You can now also use the same platform you created to take the second rail down to the Shrine island. This is where you will encounter the large lake.

Link will not have enough Stamina to swim across, but this is where his newly learned ability, the Ultrahand comes in. The game provides you with all the materials you need in the area to build a boat and get across. The wind is also already blowing in the right direction.

Look around you to locate the logs and a sail. The simplest boat you can build will consist of two logs attached side by side. It is recommended that you build your boat on land first so that no parts float away. Players can use this time to experiment with their abilities or even build bigger boats with the Materials available. Just remember to finally attach the sail so that you can progress forward towards your location.

Once you have your boat, use the Ultrahand to take it into the water and get ready to hop on. This will take you across the lake and the Shrine will be directly ahead. Climb the hill to reach the Shrine and enter it.

In-isa Shrine Guide

Once you enter the Shrine, Rauru returns to grant you another ability, Fuse. Head down the stairs and the Shrine will provide you with a weapon you can use your new ability with, a Rusty Claymore. It will have an attack rating of 6. You can experiment with this weapon or any other unfused item in your weapons inventory. There are a few boulders ahead to Fuse with your weapons. Fuse 1 or multiple weapons with the boulder, and you should see its stats increase. To fuse an item, access your ability wheel by pressing and holding R then point your right control stick down to select Fuse.

Once you have successfully attached a boulder to a weapon, you can use your newly fused weapon to get through the stone pillars. Swing your boulder weapon at the pillars and they should break. You can now get to the next room.

Before proceeding, notice the singular stone pillar in the left corner. This holds a chest on top. Use your weapon on the pillar to get the chest down and loot it to obtain x5 Arrows. The other stone pillars in the room will not hold anything special on top, but you can smash them anyway if you want to.

Turn to the opening on the side. This area will be lined with shrubs that contain Fire Fruit. Take all the Fire Fruit and pick up the Arrows and the Old Wooden Bow on the ground. This time you will practice Fusing with arrows. A pop will appear press and hold the right arrow to select your bow then hold down ZR to Ready your bow and take aim. Use your right control stick to aim. With your bow ready, do not let go. Press and hold the 'up' arrow to bring up your material list. From here, you can select which Materials you want to fuse with your Arrow. Each Material will grant different effects that you can try, but for this Shrine you can attach the Fire Fruit they provided. Aim at the leaves up on the wall. Release to shoot your fire arrow. This will burn up all the leaves and release the chest. The chest will give you the Small Key- the key to a door inside a Shrine of Light.

When you are done, head back then turn right up the stairs. You can now get through the locked doors. Take the short ladder up to the upper platform and get ready for a combat sequence against a Construct.

Since he is surrounded by leaves, you can start your battle by shooting a fire arrow to start with some fire damage. You can choose to finish off combat with melee or ranged combat. Destroy the Construct and loot its drops to gain the Captain Construct I Horn, Zonai Charge, and Construct Bow

Once the area is cleared and you are done with the area you can now plow your way and use any boulder weapon on the next set of stone walls. This will clear the platforms up to the end of the Shrine. Examine the symbol and your health will be restored. You will also automatically exit the Shrine.

If this is your second Shrine a Steward Construct will give you an Energy Cell

You can now make your way to the next Shrine, the Gutanbac Shrine, unless you went in an alternate order.
