Gatanisis is a Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Gatanisis Shrine is an A Well-Timed Bounce Shrine testing the player's skills in finding the objectives that will solve the puzzles using Link's abilities. Shrines are mini-dungeons, housing quick trials such as puzzles or short enemy encounters. Once a Shrine has been completed, the player obtains a Light of Blessing, an item key to obtaining more Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels, and the Shrine is unlocked as a Fast Travel point. If the Shrine has not been completed but has been activated, it will be marked in yellow on the map. It will still be available for fast travel so that can players return and complete the Shrine at a later time.

Gatanisis Shrine Walkthrough Guide
Reaching Gatanisis Shrine
The Gatanisis Shrine is located on the eastern edge of the Lanayru region, right before the three islands at the eastern edge of the whole map. There’s no easy or special way to get there. If you’ve cleared the Ihen-a Shrine you can Fast Travel there and start heading east. If you’ve cleared the Rasitakiwak Shrine you can also start there and head southeast. Otherwise, you’ll have to start at Zora’s Domain and head east past Ploymus Mountain and Ulria Grotto. At the edge of the mountain ranges, drop straight down to find the shrine right before the waters.
How to Complete Gatanisis Shrine
Inside and down the stairs, you’ll find yourself in a large spacious cavern, with a large metal sphere rolling along a platform that’s moving up and down. As the shrine description suggests, you’ll have to bounce the large sphere at the right time to clear the shrine. Head up the stairs to your left to get closer to the moving platform. You’ll notice that as the large sphere lands on it, it quickly moves down due to its weight. As the sphere rolls to the edge, and under the target above, use Recall on the platform at the right time to have it move back up as quickly as it moved down previously. This will shoot the ball up to the target if timed correctly, and open the gate. Head across the moving platform and Ascend up the target for a chest containing five Bomb Flowers.
Jump and glide down to head out the gate that opened and examine the green runes to obtain a Light of Blessing and unlock the Gatanisis Shrine on your map for Fast Travel.
