En-oma is a Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. En-oma Shrine is a special Shrine, usually containing no further puzzles, that you'll only be able to access after completing its corresponding Shrine Quest. Shrines are mini-dungeons, housing quick trials such as puzzles or short enemy encounters. Once a Shrine has been completed, the player obtains a Light of Blessing, an item key to obtaining more Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels, and the Shrine is unlocked as a Fast Travel point. If the Shrine has not been completed but has been activated, it will be marked in yellow on the map. It will still be available for fast travel so that can players return and complete the Shrine at a later time.

En-oma Walkthrough Guide
Reaching En-oma
The En-oma Shrine is located in the northwestern area of the Faron region, in the Lake Hylia Whirlpool Cave within Lake Hylia. The cave is hidden underground, and the only way to enter it is to let Link be sucked into a visible whirlpool in Lake Hylia. To do this, head first to the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower, launch up, and then glide slightly southwest until you see the whirlpool in the lake. Drop directly down and into the whirlpool to enter the cave and find the shrine entrance.
How to Complete En-oma
Seek the crystal connected to the beam, and offer it at the shrine. Do so, and I will grant you a light that banishes evil.
Examining the runes will start the Shrine Quest The Lake Hylia Crystal, which you’ll have to complete to allow entrance into the shrine. To do so, you’ll have to find the crystal, which the green light from the shrine should now be pointing to, and bring it back to the shrine entrance. You’ll notice that the light is pointing directly upwards, and with there only being water above you, this probably means the corresponding shrine crystal is high up in the sky.
Fast Travel back to the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower and then launch up. This time, go as high as you can and then glide slightly southwest again, as if you were heading to the whirlpool but keep your height. You should make it to a sky island in the Faron Sky Archipelago that floats directly above the whirlpool. Head inside the structure to the green shrine crystal. Use Ultrahand to grab it and let it fall right into the hole on the grated floor. Jump down the hole and dive to follow it into the whirlpool.
You who offers the crystal. I will grant you a light that banishes evil.
Back in the Lake Hylia Whirlpool Cave, bring the shrine crystal back to the shrine entrance just to gain entry to the shrine and complete the Shrine Quest. Inside will be a chest containing a Mighty Zonaite Sword. Head up the stairs and examine the green runes to obtain a Light of Blessing and unlock En-oma Shrine on your map for Fast Travel.
