Utsushok is a Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Utsushok Shrine is a Long or Wide Shrine testing the player's skills in finding the objectives that will solve the puzzles using Link's abilities. Shrines are mini-dungeons, housing quick trials such as puzzles or short enemy encounters. Once a Shrine has been completed, the player obtains a Light of Blessing, an item key to obtaining more Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels, and the Shrine is unlocked as a Fast Travel point. If the Shrine has not been completed but has been activated, it will be marked in yellow on the map. It will still be available for fast travel so that can players return and complete the Shrine at a later time.

Utsushok Shrine Walkthrough Guide
Reaching Utsushok Shrine
The Utsushok Shrine is located in the southern area of the Faron region, atop the hills surrounding the Fural Plain and Haran Lake, near the Highland Stable. To get there, simply head to the Highland Stable and then climb up the hills slightly northeast. The shrine just sits out in the open on top of the hills.
How to Complete Utsushok Shrine
Inside and down the stairs, you’ll find yourself in a large open chamber. At the end of the path is a closed gate. Near it will be a runed sphere on top of some rails beside a paddle attached to a hinge. The corresponding runed plate is across the gap, at the end of the rails. For this first section, use Ultrahand on the paddle to wind it back as far as you can, and then release it to hit the sphere into the plate. This should open the gate and allow you into the next section. If for any reason you’re unable to generate enough power to make the sphere travel to the end of the rails, there’s a large block near the entrance that you can attach to the paddle for some more weight.
Across the gate, you’ll enter a room with two sets of rails this time, going in opposite directions. The runed sphere will be on the rails on your left. You’ll notice the paddle this time isn’t quite long or wide enough to be able to reach anything on either of the rails. As the shrine description suggests, you’ll have to remedy this to be able to complete this shrine. To do so, attach the nearby stone plate as a vertical extension to the paddle. Similar to the previous section, wind it back as far as you can to hit the sphere toward its corresponding plate. This opens up the gate above you to the left, which will release a cart you’ll have to use. This time, rotate the plate so that it’s a horizontal extension of the paddle. Hope onto the cart, and then wind up the paddle as far as you can for a free ride. Be ready with Ultrahand here as there’s a chest on a shelf on the wall to your left containing a Sneaky Elixir.
Head up the stairs and examine the green runes to obtain a Light of Blessing and unlock the Utsushok Shrine on your map for Fast Travel.
