Gatakis is a Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Gatakis Shrine is a Ride the Winds Shrine testing Link's gliding capabilities. Shrines are mini-dungeons, housing quick trials such as puzzles or short enemy encounters. Once a Shrine has been completed, the player obtains a Light of Blessing, an item key to obtaining more Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels, and the Shrine is unlocked as a Fast Travel point. If the Shrine has not been completed but has been activated, it will be marked in yellow on the map. It will still be available for fast travel so that can players return and complete the Shrine at a later time.

Gatakis Shrine Walkthrough Guide
Reaching Gatakis Shrine
The Gatakis Shrine is located in the southwest area of the Hebra Region, near the Tabantha Frontier. It is actually right underneath Rito Village, so head to the village and drop down to the west side of the island and you should see the shrine, marked with the usual green lights.
How to Complete Gatakis Shrine
Inside you’ll find yourself in a large room, with a huge drop right in front of you, and a platform across it which has some strong winds blowing past. As the shrine’s description suggests, you’ll have to use the winds to your advantage with your Paraglider in order to complete this shrine. Jump and glide across the gap to the platform and ride the wind blowing there to the right, making sure that you hug either the left or the right wall as you turn to avoid the lasers. Past the lasers, head to the platform to the left to continue, leading to a hole. Jump down and dive through the gap in the wheel. There’ll be some wind blowing directly upwards so anytime you want to slow down to get a better view of your surroundings, you should do so. Continue diving down through the thin ice to break it and get to the next room, making sure you hang a hard right as you do so. You should land on a platform with a Soldier Construct I, and a chest containing a Mighty Construct Bow. Turn around and you should see your next destination to your left, guarded by Soldier Construct Is on elevated platforms on both sides. Equip and unequip your Paraglider successively a couple of times to get across the gap.
Once across, just ride the gust to shoot all the way up to the higher floor. Examine the green runes for a Light of Blessing and unlock the Gatakis Shrine on your map for Fast Travel..
