Motsusis Shrine is a Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Motsusis Shrine is a special Shrine that has no puzzles to solve but is more difficult than usual to get to. Shrines are mini-dungeons, housing quick trials such as puzzles or short enemy encounters. Once a Shrine has been completed, the player obtains a Light of Blessing, an item key to obtaining more Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels, and the Shrine is unlocked as a Fast Travel point. If the Shrine has not been completed but has been activated, it will be marked in yellow on the map. It will still be available for fast travel so that can players return and complete the Shrine at a later time.

Motsusis Shrine Walkthrough Guide
Reaching Motsusis Shrine
Motsusis Shrine is located in the southeast area of the Gerudo region, in the South Lomei Labyrinth. There’s no special or easy way to get there. If you’ve already cleared Kitawak Shrine, you can Fast Travel to it and then head southwest to the entrance to the labyrinth. Otherwise, you can also head to the Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower, launch up, and then glide southeast past Spectacle Rock and the East Gerudo Mesa to get to the labyrinth. Lastly, you can also find a path directly to the labyrinth on the east side of the desert, in the East Barrens, through Champion’s Gate.
There’ll be a journal near the stone slab at the entrance to the labyrinth, which tells us that the correct path through the maze has been marked by Acorns and Chickaloo Tree Nuts. Head east at the entrance, along the path marked by the first few Acorns. To avoid the Gloom on the floor, just climb up on the wall a bit, enough that you can let go and then glide over the Gloom to move forward. Head up the short stairs to the left after the second journal. Ignore the fork to the right and follow the Acorn forward to some more Gloom. Turn right past it, and then left, and then you’ll find the next Acorn on the right. Head up the stairs, and then down the stairs to the left. The next nut is actually under this mound of sand so climb up over and past it. If you’d like to double-check, just blow the sand away with a Korok-Frond Guster. Head up the stairs to the next nut, and then turn on the left path, marked again by an Acorn. You should see the correct path marked by another Acord from afar to your left. Ignore the first turn and turn right on the next, following the markers until you get to another journal. Past it will be a mound of sand hiding the next Acorn marker again. Turn left up the stairs and then glide to the left wall as high as you can. Move slowly to the left and then when you're ready, you can glide past the Gloom around the corner. You should see a bonfire hidden near the next set of Gloom. Use a Hylian Pine Cone on it to create a gust, which you can ride up. Glide all the way to the end of this narrow hall, ignoring the turns, past all the Gloom. If you still have some wind behind you, you can glide past the next set of Gloom as well. Land on the safe area marked by the Acorn, to find the last journal. Jump down to the lowest floors past it to finally get to the shrine.
