Ijo-o is a Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Ijo-o Shrine is a More than Defense Shrine testing the player's skills in finding the objectives that will solve the puzzles using Link's abilities. Shrines are mini-dungeons, housing quick trials such as puzzles or short enemy encounters. Once a Shrine has been completed, the player obtains a Light of Blessing, an item key to obtaining more Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels, and the Shrine is unlocked as a Fast Travel point. If the Shrine has not been completed but has been activated, it will be marked in yellow on the map. It will still be available for fast travel so that can players return and complete the Shrine at a later time.

Ijo-o Shrine Walkthrough Guide
Reaching Ijo-o Shrine
The Ijo-o Shrine is located in the western area of the West Hebra Sky Archipelago, in the Hebra Sky. To get there, head first to the Rospro Pass Skyview Tower, launch up, and then glide slightly northwest. Make sure to pull out your Paraglider as fast as you can when you reach the highest point. You can see the shrine out in the open on one of the islands there. If you fall short, you can drop to the island below where you can see a construct moving around. On its northeastern edge, you can find a Hot Air Baloon, equipped with some Rockets, that can take you up to the higher island. Head to the southwestern edge to find the shrine.
How to Complete Ijo-o Shrine
Inside and down the stairs, you’ll find yourself in a large room, with a hallway on the right. There’s some ice blocking your way forward. Head first to the hallway on the right to find a Soldier Construct I with a Flame Emitter Attached to its Shield. As the shrine description suggests, you’ll have to traverse the shrine using different types of Shields to move forward. Use the Flame Emitter Shield to melt the ice and proceed to the next area. Use it again on another block of ice on your right, hiding a chest that contains five Arrows. On the other side of the room is another Soldier Construct I wielding a stone plate as its shield. Use this shield to push through the fires blocking the way to the next area.
The next area will be a large room, guarded by a Captain Construct I. There are numerous Rockets scattered around the area, as well as some Rusty Shields on your left as you enter. The end of the shrine lies ahead of you, but way up above. Fuse one of the Rockets with a Rusty Shield and then ride it up the wall to the end of the shrine.
Examine the runes to obtain a Light of Blessing and unlock the Ijo-o Shrine on your map for Fast Travel.
