Taninoud is a Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Taninoud Shrine is a special Shrine, usually containing no further puzzles, that you'll only be able to access after completing its corresponding Shrine Quest. Shrines are mini-dungeons, housing quick trials such as puzzles or short enemy encounters. Once a Shrine has been completed, the player obtains a Light of Blessing, an item key to obtaining more Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels, and the Shrine is unlocked as a Fast Travel point. If the Shrine has not been completed but has been activated, it will be marked in yellow on the map. It will still be available for fast travel so that can players return and complete the Shrine at a later time.

Taninoud Walkthrough Guide
Reaching Taninoud
The Taninoud Shrine is located in the central area of the East Hebra Sky Archipelago, in the Hebra Sky. To get there, head first to the Pikida Stonegrove Skyview Tower in the Hebra Mountains, launch up, and then glide to the northeast, past some Aerocudas. If you don’t have enough Stamina and fall short, look for square platforms, usually guarded by Soldier Construct Is, Attach Rockets to them, and use them to travel to the East Hebra Sky Archipelago. You want to go to the cross-shaped island in the archipelago. You’ll find the shrine entrance on the cross-shaped island’s northwestern edge.
How to Complete Taninoud
Seek the crystal connected to the beam, and offer it at the shrine. Do so, and I will grant you a light that banishes evil.
Examining the runes will start the Shrine Quest The East Hebra Sky Crystal, which you’ll have to complete to allow entrance into the shrine. To do so, you’ll have to find the crystal, which the green light from the shrine should now be pointing to, and bring it back to the shrine entrance. You’ll notice that the green beam of light shooting from the shrine is pointing toward the large structure to the northeast. Head to the center of the island and rotate the lever to aim the inclined piston toward the structure to the northeast. Hop onto the piston for a free ride to the structure. There’s an opening covered by vines on the northeast side of the structure so you can head to it after landing on top. Alternatively, you can also head to the bottom of the structure as you glide and drop, and then Ascend to the inside. You’ll find the shrine crystal behind another set of vines so either break it apart or burn it away with any fire-empowered attack. There’s a floating platform tucked away here on the western corner. Attach the nearby Fans, Steering Stick, and Batteries to it and ride it back to the cross-shaped island to the south with the shrine crystal. Bring the crystal in front of the shrine entrance to complete the Shrine Quest and allow yourself entry.

Inside will be a chest containing a Topaz. Head up the stairs and examine the green runes to obtain a Light of Blessing and unlock Taninoud Shrine on your map for Fast Travel.
