Siyamotsus Shrine is a Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Siyamotsus Shrine is the Shrine that features an Unlit Blessing. Shrines are mini-dungeons, housing quick trials such as puzzles or short enemy encounters. Once a Shrine has been completed, the player obtains a Light of Blessing, an item key to obtaining more Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels, and the Shrine is unlocked as a Fast Travel point. If the Shrine has not been completed but has been activated, it will be marked in yellow on the map. It will still be available for fast travel so that can players return and complete the Shrine at a later time.

Siyamotsus Shrine Walkthrough Guide
Reaching Siyamotsus Shrine
Siyamotsus Shrine is one of the Shrines in the sky. Players can reach this location from the Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower. It should be slightly southeast of the tower's location. Launch Link with the tower and begin to glide southeast to the East Gerudo Sky Archipelago. There should be a body of water in the center and a runway at the end. On this archipelago, there will be a few ready-build glider Wing Zonai Devices already set with a couple of Fan devices and positioned in the middle of the runway. To further enhance the glider Wing, take a couple of Rocket devices, which can also be found on the island, and attach them to your Wing. When you're ready, hop on and strike any device to activate them.
Navigate the device south toward the large, dark labyrinth on an island. If you don't have enough battery, you may need to use up some additional Zonai Charges. As you approach, you should be able to see the Shrine just in front. When you land, you will find yourself at the South Lomei Castle Top Floor, which is where the Shrine is.
How to Complete Siyamotsus Shrine
When you enter the Shrine, it will look a lot like the Shrines with Rauru's Blessing. However, there are a couple of Fire Fruit shrubs you can pick on either side of the shrine starting point. Continue the shrine as normal, proceeding towards the chest in the center to obtain a Mighty Construct Bow. There should also be Arrow x10 directly in front. Approach the end of the shrine, and a scene will play out as the platform shifts.
You can now make use of all the Materials and equipment that have been provided to you. Notice the candles on the other side. Two of them will be lit while the rest will remain unlit. Take aim at the unlit torches and attach a Fire Fruit to your arrow before you release. Successfully lighting the unlit torches will move the chest behind you. Approach it and you will see that it became a launching pad. Position Link on the pad and wait for it to launch. This will give you enough height to glide across the rest of the way to the end of the Shrine to claim the Light of Blessing.
