Sisuran is a Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Sisuran Shrine is a special Shrine, usually containing no further puzzles, that you'll only be able to access after completing its corresponding Shrine Quest. Shrines are mini-dungeons, housing quick trials such as puzzles or short enemy encounters. Once a Shrine has been completed, the player obtains a Light of Blessing, an item key to obtaining more Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels, and the Shrine is unlocked as a Fast Travel point. If the Shrine has not been completed but has been activated, it will be marked in yellow on the map. It will still be available for fast travel so that can players return and complete the Shrine at a later time.

Sisuran Walkthrough Guide
Reaching Sisuran
This shrine imprisons and purifies the ancient evil.
The Sisuran Shrine can be located in the northern area of the Hebra region, on the other side of the mountains. To get there, head to the Pikida Stonegrove Skyview Tower, launch up and then glide to the northwest past the mountains. It should be near the west entrance of the Pikida Stonegrove Northwest Cave.
How to Complete Sisuran
Seek the crystal connected to the beam, and offer it at the shrine. Do so, and I will grant you a light that banishes evil.
Examining the green runes will start the Shrine Quest The North Hebra Mountains Crystal. which you’ll have to complete to allow entrance into the shrine. To do so, you’ll have to find the crystal, which the green light from the shrine should now be pointing to, and bring it back to the entrance. When you follow the light you’ll see that the crystal is attached to an ice formation, which is actually a Frost Talus which you’ll have to defeat in order to get it. While the enemy is still dormant you can get a few hits by aiming fire-embowered equipment at the crystal. When it wakes up, you won’t be able to damage it until you hit it with any fire-empowered attack to make its ice make and cause it to collapse. While it’s down, you can either climb on it and deal as much damage as you can by hitting the crystal or aim at the crystal from afar. After defeating it, use Ultrahand to bring the crystal all the way back to the shrine entrance to allow yourself entry.
You who offers the crystal. I will grant you a light that banishes evil.
Inside will be a chest containing a Sapphire. Head up the stairs and examine the green runes to obtain a Light of Blessing and unlock Sisuran Shrine on your map for Fast Travel.
