Sakunbomar is a Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Sakunbomar Shrine is a special Shrine, usually containing no further puzzles, that you'll only be able to access after completing its corresponding Shrine Quest. Shrines are mini-dungeons, housing quick trials such as puzzles or short enemy encounters. Once a Shrine has been completed, the player obtains a Light of Blessing, an item key to obtaining more Heart Containers and Stamina Vessels, and the Shrine is unlocked as a Fast Travel point. If the Shrine has not been completed but has been activated, it will be marked in yellow on the map. It will still be available for fast travel so that can players return and complete the Shrine at a later time.

Sakunbomar Walkthrough Guide
Reaching Sakunbomar
The Sakunbomar Shrine is located in the western area of the Korok Forest hidden within the Great Hyrule Forest. You can only find it after clearing Musanokir Shrine and defeating the Phantom Ganon corrupting the Great Deku Tree from the inside. This will allow the Koroks to speak to you. To get to the shrine, head over to Musanokir Shrine first and then head northwest and follow along the path until you reach the Korok Zooki who’s blocking off the rest of the way. If you talk to him, he’ll say something appeared in the area past him that was similar to the Musanokir Shrine in the Korok Forest, but since you’re not a Korok, it’ll be less dangerous for you so he lets you pass.
How to Complete Sakunbomar
Seek the crystal connected to the beam and offer it at the shrine. Do so, and I will grant you a light that banishes evil
After talking to Zooki, you’ll begin the Shrine Quest None Shall Pass?. Head straight along the path to be confronted by two Stalkoblins. Past them will be two more Stalkoblins and an Evermean this time, followed by a Stalmoblin. Further past this group will be yet another Stalmoblin. Shortly after, you should be able to see the shrine to your right. Examine the green runes to have a green light emerge from the shrine, which should point to its corresponding shrine crystal. When you follow the light you’ll see that the crystal is attached to a rock formation, which is actually a Stone Talus which you’ll have to defeat in order to get it. While the enemy is still dormant you can get a few hits in already by quickly climbing the rock formation and hitting the crystal. When it wakes up, just keep hitting the crystal until it loses all its health points, or aim at the crystal from afar. After defeating it, use Ultrahand to bring the crystal back to the shrine entrance to complete the Shrine Quest and allow yourself entry.
You who offers the crystal. I will grant you a light that banishes evil.
Inside will be a chest containing a Diamond. Head up the stairs and examine the green runes to obtain a Light of Blessing and unlock Sakunbomar Shrine on your map for Fast Travel.
