2Torch is a One-Handed Weapon in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Weapons in Zelda TotK feature a diverse set of weapons, each having its own stats, strengths, and weaknesses. Torches in this game actually have some uses! If you don't use Glow effect food or the equivalent armour set, a weapon with a Luminous Stone or Talus heart attached, or Brightbloom Seeds, or... well, actually a torch is kind of meh for the Depths due to all the climbing and sprinting you'll be doing...
Ok yeah Torches remain an ok utility sometimes. Better to just make Glow effect meals, fuse Luminous parts, or wear the Miners armour. There are some areas of the game where they are useful, but the game is usually nice enough to provide you with one when you would need it, so don't worry about wasting a slot on one.
