A long stick fashioned from a tree branch. It's straight shape makes it work well as a lunging weapon.

Long Stick is a Spear Weapon in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Weapons in Zelda TotK feature a diverse set of weapons, each having its own stats, strengths, and weaknesses. Players must remember that weapons will eventually break once their health starts to chip when it is used, however, luckily, weapons can be easily found by looting chests, destroying grass, stealing it from enemies, and crafting or infusing different weapons or materials.

    • 2 is... not a very high number. Still, at the start of the game when there's literally no way to get your hands on any stabby sticks with appreciable durability or power - it'll do.

Spears are good at several things - hitting at range, hitting fast, hitting a lot, hitting in one specific direction, and durability (generally being the class with the highest durability values, to offset their generally lower power comparatively). Use one of these if you want lighter enemies to keep their distance. They're also the best option for stunlocking said light enemies with the first few hits of their combo thanks to their fast attack speed making it very easy to poke a Bokoblin to death without it getting to do a damn thing. However, don't expect to do that more than maybe twice with this flimsy thing - consider investing in a Sturdier Stick.
