The Lake Hylia Crystal is a Shrine Quest in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Shrine Quests are optional Quests that can be taken at any time and are not required to finish the game. Players will have to dive into the whirlpool in Lake Hylia, and go up to the Sky Islands to retrieve the Shrine Crystal. There won't be additional puzzles in the shrine.

Follow the ray of light, and offer up the crystal at the shrine.

Reaching the Shrine
The En-Oma Shrine is located on Lake Hylia, near Farosh Hills. You can launch yourself from the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower and glide southwest.
Completing the Shrine Quest
You will see a whirlpool in the lake that you have to go in. You will end up in a cave and discover a Shrine base.
To follow the beam, you can teleport to the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower and launch yourself up, gliding to a sky island directly above Lake Hylia. There you will find the Shrine Crystal, you can just drop it down the hole and go back into the whirlpool.
