10Mighty Zonaite Sword is a One-Handed Weapon in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Weapons in Zelda TotK feature a diverse set of weapons, each having its own stats, strengths, and weaknesses. The strongest of the one-handed Zonai weapons (which will inevitably confuse anyone used to the Lynel naming scheme of Mighty -> Savage). Its effect enhances the power boost of whatever Zonai item is fused to it, be it a Zonai device like a rocket or an enemy part. However, that power boost is applied to the weapon itself in the tooltip, i.e. an attack up +10 Mighty Zonaite Sword (20 attack) fused to a Flux Construct III Core (32 Fuse Power) will show as 62 power (30 sword + 32 core).
The best fuse options are either the Flux Construct Core III (which has 32 power and is farmable from said boss in multiple sky and depths locations) for a blunt force weapon, or the Captain IV (35 fuse power) or Soldier IV (24 fuse power) horns for a slashing weapon. The latter two you will frequently find already fused to a Mighty Zonaite Sword as chest rewards, particularly from the three Labyrinths and Shrines.
Overall these are very solid general purpose options, easy to acquire and put together. You can find two every Blood Moon at the Zonaite Forge Island above Fort Hateno in West Necluda, and they'll have modifiers on. Have fun.
